Streets of Rage 3 was added to Division One at the Fourteenth Tournament. It was seen as a big step-up from Streets of Rage 2 with interactive levels, extra moves and more responsive characters. It is the only game used exclusively in Division One. Lord Dilks is ranked as the best member, however, a few more games will need to be played to see how accurate this is.
